Ingredients
  

  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 9x11 glass pan. Place in preheated oven for 45 min or until fork inserted comes out clean. Enjoy
